What areas do you serve?
We serve Brockton, Stoughton and Avon, MA, plus Easton, Randolph, Canton, Holbrook, West Bridgewater and Bridgewater. Our base is 289 Forest Ave, Brockton.
When do you clean?
Most clients choose weekday evenings between 5pm and 10pm, after staff go home. We are not limited to that window: we also clean early mornings, during the day and on weekends, and we set the schedule around your business.
How often can you clean?
As often as you need: daily, 2 to 5 times a week, weekly, every other week, monthly, or weekends only. We also do one-time deep cleans and floor projects.
Can you create a custom cleaning plan?
Yes. Every business is different, so we build a custom cleaning plan around your space, your hours and your budget, and adjust it as your needs change.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and will send a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every crew member is background-checked, and we keep the same crew on your account so they know your space.
How long are your agreements?
Our service agreements run 12 months. After that you can continue month to month or renew for another 12 months.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Price depends mostly on square footage and how many nights a week you need. After a free 20-minute walkthrough we give you a fixed monthly price.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Walkthroughs and quotes are free and there's no obligation.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring our own equipment and cleaning products. Consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash liners are supplied by the client; we refill the dispensers from your stock. If you prefer, we can provide consumables for an additional cost.
