What does janitorial service cost?
Price depends mainly on square footage and nights per week. We give a fixed monthly price after a free 20-minute walkthrough.
What's in the service agreement?
Agreements run 12 months, then continue month to month or renew for another 12 months, whichever you prefer.
How often can you clean?
As often as you need: daily, 2 to 5 times a week, weekly, every other week, monthly, or weekends only. We also do one-time deep cleans and floor projects.
Can you create a custom cleaning plan?
Yes. Every business is different, so we build a custom cleaning plan around your space, your hours and your budget, and adjust it as your needs change.
